Ad Manager allows the sales reps to integrate Google’s campaign segmentation and settings with print advertising options. This prevents the duplication of tools when clients and agencies request mixed options.

A useful platform for the sales rep

Because the sales rep can access Media Cloud Advertising from the browser they can take all of the options and updated information they need to show to the client with them everywhere they go.

Integration with Adobe and access to external creative validation

Our integration with Adobe solutions – InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator- allows creating and editing creatives. External agents and sales reps can access the production and validation process through a web portal, which significantly streamlines the process.

Automate print insertions, even for several publications

The advertiser purchases ads specifying the edition, section or position. Our solution records the advertisers’ ad space requests and automatically distributes their ads based on the contract conditions and content production in progress. The advertiser is then shown an updated preview of the pre-printed ad.

Traditional classified and legal sections are fully autonomous and the layout is automatically generated, increasing efficiency and productivity.

Media Cloud Advertising also allows a sales rep to manage the advertising of several publications. In the case of media groups with different regional outlets, advertising management is optimised by drawing on the synergies between publications, resulting in a highly competitive integrated product.

The advertiser purchases ads specifying the spaces, sections or metadata and can establish restrictions for sections or articles depending on their needs thanks to the integration with Google Ad Manager and Smart Ad Server. The possibility of centralised tracking of different campaigns on different websites belonging to a same group is another beneficial feature of the system.
